Drum DVDs

Dennis Chambers is a drumming legend. James Brown asked him to play drums with him when Chambers was only thirteen. By that stage, he’d already been playing drums for nine years. Unfortunately, his Mum didn’t let him. But that didn’t hold him back for long. Chambers went on to drum with Parliament/Funkadelic/P-Funk and from there has worked with everyone from jazz musicians such as Stanley Clarke and Bill Evans to hip-hop artists such as Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg. Most recently he has been working with Santana.

He has also found time to release a number of drum lesson DVDs. His latest is Master Drummer. Master Drummer takes you on a trip through his career as a drummer and lets you in on the techniques he uses for the different styles and different performers he has played with.
